This notice explains how PesaPocket Limited ("PesaPocket", "we") handles personal data collected through this website, pesapocket.com. We process personal data in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

Waitlist and demo requests: your name, company name, work email, WhatsApp phone number, number of staff and industry, when you submit the form.
Website usage: if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) to see which pages are visited, how visitors found us and what device type they use. We do not use this to identify you personally.

Why we use it

To contact you about the waitlist, a demo or becoming a founding client (based on your consent, which you give on the form).
To understand and improve the website (based on your consent to analytics cookies).

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run this website and store form responses: Cloudflare (website hosting) and Google (Google Forms, Google Workspace and Google Analytics). Some of these providers may process data outside Kenya under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Waitlist details are kept for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, or until you ask us to delete them. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time. You can also change your cookie choice using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of our home page. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).
